Bose manufactures audio amplifiers which are fitted into various prestige vehicles around the world. In Australia the Bose amplifiers are fitted into the WM Caprice, Statesman and Grange vehicles. These BOSE amplifiers have been tailored to provide a higher quality sound than normal Amplifiers and has been tailored to your Commodore vehicle to ensure the best possible listening experience.
When these amplifiers fail replacing them with an aftermarket amplifier is not really an option and replacing with a new amplifier is not cost effective.

The unit is located on a bracket in the rear of the boot on the passenger side. You need to remove the trimming where the Battery is located and further up on the Battery side of the wheel arch the amplifier is located on a bracket.
Do not try to remove the bracket, remove the 2 x top 4 x 8mm nuts which secure the amplifier to the bracket, removing the bottom 8mm nut is near impossible, so we find it easier to Jimmy the amplifer off with a crowbar or similar. (Installation of the AMP does not require the bottom nut to be reinstalled.)
*Water damage is not covered by our warranty. Also, if the sticker we place on your unit at the time of repair is removed, your warranty becomes void, and your payment is not refundable.
*IF AN EXCHANGE IS ORDERED AND THE AMPLIFER RETURNED TO US IS IN AN UNREPAIRABLE CONDITION DUE TO ISSUES SUCH AS WATER DAMAGE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
