Bose manufactures audio amplifiers which are fitted into various prestige vehicles around the world. In Australia, several different models are fitted into the Mazda Range of Vehicles. These BOSE amplifiers have been tailored to provide a higher quality sound than normal Amplifiers and each different model has been tailored to your Mazda vehicle to ensure the best possible listening experience.
When these amplifiers fail replacing them with an aftermarket amplifier is not really an option and replacing with a new amplifier is not cost effective.

IF SENDING FOR REPAIR AMPLIFIER MUST BE IN REPAIRABLE CONDITION, WATER DAMAGED AMPLIFIERS CANNOT BE REPAIRED!
The unit is located on a bracket either under the driver side or passenger seat. The bracket is held to the floor of the car with 3 x 10mm nuts . There are 3 wiring plugs that connect to the unit.
With the frame removed there are a further 4 x 8mm nuts with secure the amplifier to the bracket, it's easier to send us the unit without the black mounting frame (it will make the packaging smaller).
*Water damage is not covered by our warranty. Also, if the sticker we place on your unit at the time of repair is removed, your warranty becomes void, and your payment is not refundable.
*IF AN EXCHANGE IS ORDERED AND THE AMPLIFER RETURNED TO US IS IN AN UNREPAIRABLE CONDITION DUE TO ISSUES SUCH AS WATER DAMAGE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
